Patrick Buell, a Colorado native from Fort Collins, is a passionate technology and data expert with a deep love for Spanish language and Latin culture. He graduated from Regis University with a degree in Computer Science and began his career with a unique twist—leaving Colorado to serve at-risk youth in Guaymas, Sonora, Mexico. The experience ignited his passion for the Spanish language and culture, although the scorching 120-degree humid summers eventually led him back to the cool Rocky Mountain air of his hometown to pursue a career in technology.Patrick’s early career saw him working at JCB Partners, a Denver-based company, where he met Erik Duffield, CEO of Hakkoda, and Bob Hardin, another Hakkoda co-founder. Interestingly, the name “JCB” originated from a popular menu item at one of downtown Denver’s oldest bars. Twelve years after their first meeting, Patrick reconnected with Erik when he reached out to launch Hakkoda. Erik needed someone who "spoke Spanish and knew data," a perfect fit for Patrick’s expertise.Today, Patrick is a co-founder of Hakkoda, where he combines his technology and data knowledge with his passion for Latin culture to help businesses thrive in a global marketplace.


As Domo's CRO, RJ Tracy is responsible for aligning Domo’s strategic partner and sales initiatives and expanding the company’s partner and channel ecosystem. He has been with Domo for over 11 years, most recently as SVP of Partners, Strategic Development and Channel. During his tenure, RJ has developed and led teams that currently oversee more than 80% of Domo's customer base. He also recently led the development and scaling of the company’s consumption-based pricing model. In his free time, RJ likes to spend time in the outdoors with his family.


JT Blackburn is the Executive Vice President of Sales at Koentek, where he leads the company’s global sales efforts, driving growth and expanding its footprint in key markets. With over 20 years of experience in sales leadership, JT has a deep understanding of technology-driven solutions and how to build high-performing teams that consistently exceed revenue targets. Prior to joining Koentek, JT held senior leadership roles at prominent tech companies, where he played a pivotal role in shaping sales strategies and forging lasting relationships with major Fortune 500 clients. His expertise spans a range of industries, where he has successfully implemented strategies that enhance customer experience and business outcomes. At Koentek, JT has spearheaded efforts to streamline the sales process and deliver innovative solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. He is known for his data-driven approach, which helps improve sales efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Beyond his role at Koentek, JT is an active speaker at industry conferences and a mentor to rising leaders in the sales and tech space. Outside of work, he is passionate about advancing technology access and supporting education-focused charitable causes.
