What is Domo University?

Domo University is a customer- and partner-facing, professional training organization dedicated to providing the learning experiences necessary to find value with the Domo solution.

How is training delivered?

Domo University offers a tiered approach to provide access to its learning content. For free, easy-access content, customers can access training apps, articles and videos from within the Domo solution itself. These options are available 24/7 and are updated regularly to ensure important information is only a click away.

If an instructor is preferred, Domo University offers training both virtually and in-person. We deliver private courses on a regular basis and can also schedule private courses for just your organization. For pricing and scheduling, please contact your Domo account team.

How do I know which online training module is best for me?

Domo University self-guided learning courses are arranged by skill and by role to help you find the right course based on what you want to learn, or how you will be using Domo.

How do I register?

Domo users can register for public courses, eLearning, and certifications through Domo University https://learndomo.domo.com). Select the course you’d like to enroll in, choose the session you’d like to attend (for instructor-led training), and click Add to Cart. Complete the checkout process to be enrolled in the selected courses. If your organization has purchased a Domo Education Package, a coupon code is available to your MajorDomo team for use in the checkout process.

Can I bring a trainer onsite to my company?

Yes, Domo University often delivers its training directly to customers at their locations. While we will use our own training environment to facilitate the explanation of features and functions, onsite training does allow for more in-depth discussions around customer key business requirements and how Domo can help achieve those.

What happens if there’s an emergency, and I can’t attend the classroom session?

Domo University recognizes that life intervenes into our plans on occasion and will do all we can to work with students who have registered for a course and need to cancel. While there is an official cancellation policy (which those who register will agree to as part of the registration process), please contact education@domo.com if something comes up.

How do I pay for training?

Customers can use a credit card on the registration site, or pay via a Service Order with their account executive. Please contact your Domo account team for more information or if you have questions.

I didn’t get the verification email. What could be happening?

If you don’t receive the verification email, check your email account’s spam folder and corporate email filtering rules, which may prevent you from receiving the email.
