California Residents - Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

For California residents, the law requires that businesses provide you a specific right to request that the business not “sell” or “share” your Personal Information. Domo does not provide your personal information to third parties in exchange for money. However, the definition of “sale” under California law is broad and includes numerous other types of information sharing, including for advertising purposes. Domo’s participation in digital network advertising may therefore constitute a "sale."

A couple things to keep in mind:
