Tom Howa is the Senior Director of Data & Analytics at Ken Garff Automotive, where he leads enterprise data strategy, analytics, and governance initiatives across the organization. With a career spanning multiple industries, including manufacturing, financial services, higher education, and automotive, Tom brings a pragmatic, business-focused approach to modern data integration and analytics at scale. In his 20 years of data management experience, he has held data and technology leadership roles at Flowserve, Zions Bancorporation, and the University of Utah, and joined Ken Garff Automotive in August 2022.

Tom holds both a Bachelor’s degree from Utah State University and a Master’s degree from the University of Utah, each in Information Systems. He is passionate about helping organizations connect, prepare, and govern data from diverse sources to enable trusted insights, reduce manual processes, and empower decision-makers across the enterprise.  In his off hours, you will find Tom playing D&D or Magic the Gathering with his friends and teaching his daughter how to be a dungeon master.

Mark ensures critical insights are delivered and leveraged across the organization to drive more predictable outcomes. His team was responsible for the rollout of cross-functional programs to align the organization around corporate goals, a business initiative that resulted in the commercialization of new OKR data apps built on the Domo platform. Prior to joining Domo in 2015, Mark was the vice president of lien resolution at Garretson Resolution Group (acquired by Epiq in 2019). He attended the University of Utah where he received a B.A. in public relations. In his free time, Mark loves to ski, mountain bike and lead new projects that support Domo’s growth.

Beth Saenz is a seasoned technology leader with a track record of driving innovation in product development and operational excellence. As VP of Product Operations and Program Management at Domo, she leads teams responsible for engineering program management, release operations, customer engagement programs, and product marketing support.

Beth has held leadership roles at Ancestry.com, Harman (a Samsung company), and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she pioneered digital strategies and embedded Agile practices in hardware-centric environments. She is a passionate advocate for women in tech and actively engages through organizations like Women Tech Council, SheTech, and UVU’s Women’s Impact Lab.

Jake Heaps is a results-driven marketing professional with a passion for AI and creative branding. Currently the AI Marketing Operations Manager at Domo, Jake has a knack for building marketing programs from the ground up, most recently helping Adminify AI with a full rebrand and launching a self-serve AI product. Before that, he spent almost two years at Bucked Up, where he managed marketing funnels, led cross-team projects, coordinated national ad campaigns, and helped grow the marketing team—all while driving significant revenue growth. With a background in graphic design and hands-on marketing experience, Jake brings a mix of creativity, strategy, and collaboration to everything he does.
