How Regional One Health improved data access by streamlining complex data systems

Regional One Health, the oldest health system in Tennessee and a Level 1 Trauma Center, started its Domo journey 5 years ago with the goal of making the organization passionate about data. Now adoption has grown from 20 to 200 licenses. Domo is used across the hospital from physicians, nurses, and case managers providing patient care to C-Suite leaders driving operations. Regional One built an innovative Healthcare Metrics Quick Starter App that packages key learnings to help other healthcare organizations jumpstart their data journeys. The app identifies 16 KPIs—from patient harm events and length of stay to financial metrics—that aid decision making.
