Create filtered links in mobile.

Pfilters (or Python particle filters) are a popular way of using URLs to navigate to Domo dashboards with filters already applied. With this latest release, the Domo mobile app can now use these URLs in the same way. When a user opens a link with encoded filter parameters from mobile, the mobile dashboard will now pre-populate the correct filters, creating a consistent experience across web and mobile.
