Zak Hemphill
VP, Technology
Zak Hemphill has dedicated two decades of his career to advancing technology in the car wash industry. He started his career as a teenager at his father’s double-automatic car wash and helped develop a growing express car wash chain before it was acquired by ZIPS Car Wash. Since 2016, he’s led advances for ZIPS Car Wash, including integrating acquisitions, establishing IT standards and helping to create efficiencies across the company to minimize the growth impact during its heaviest acquisition years that took ZIPS from 54 to 290 locations. In recent years, Zak has focused on data collection and reporting from multiple POS systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering with a concentration in Computer Systems and a Master of Science in Management of Information Systems. Zak believes that no task is too unimportant for him to complete, no matter his tenure and he would never ask his team to complete a task he isn’t willing to do. His strong work ethic pours into his personal life through coaching his two children on various sports teams for the last 12 years. Zak has embraced not only coaching his own children, but other kids to make sure they have a positive experience, improve their skills, and develop their ability to work with others. Bruce Harris is the Director of Financial Applications & Intelligence at Torchy's Tacos, the Austin-born taco brand that has grown from a single food trailer into more than 100 locations across 16 states. Bruce Harris uses Domo to help meet the brand's commitment to being "damn good," powering the analytics behind Torchy's continued growth. He has spoken about how Domo supercharged Torchy's NetSuite investment, combining core financial reporting with granular point-of-sale and customer loyalty data to produce the KPIs and metrics that drive decisions on staffing, tip allocation, menu optimization, and customer experience. Bruce was an early employee at HomeAway (~#200), helping them prepare for IPO. He previously led internal applications and technology transformation initiatives at MRI Software, Asure Software, and EagleView, and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Dallas along with a degree from the University of Texas at Austin. As Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Sales Operations at Vericast — home to brands including Harland Clarke and Valassis — Wayne specialized in breaking down data silos across finance, sales, marketing, and operations, connecting disparate systems into automated, highly accurate forecasting models. He is best known for designing an executive dashboard that tracked 15 key performance indicators by channel and client, giving leadership instant, actionable visibility into business performance — the same outcome organizations pursue when they invest in modern dashboarding and data-integration platforms. His work consistently transformed raw business intelligence into the clear, connected insights that drive faster, smarter decisions at the executive level.
Kaylyn Tran
BI Analyst
Kaylyn Tran is a recent graduate from the University of Houston, where she earned her degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Business Data Analytics. As a member of the Daltile Domo team within Sales Operations, she is responsible for developing and implementing forecasting methodologies using existing internal sales data, as well as handling monthly reporting on sales performance and promotional programs. She is passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to solve complex business challenges and is eager to contribute to Daltile's digital transformation efforts. Ben Schein
Chief Analytics Officer, SVP of Product
Ben Schein has over two decades of experience leading user adoption and implementing large-scale BI and analytics initiatives that deliver quantifiable business value. As an eight-year Domo user and content creator, Ben brings empathy, intellectual humility, and transparency to his role as SVP of Product, in which he oversees Domo’s Product Management and UX teams, as well as guides overall product roadmap for Domo. Ben also leads Domo’s Strategic Architecture Group (SAG), which advises on architectural patterns for complex implementations. He is a passionate advocate of sparking the fire of data curiosity and innovation for Domo customers across the globe. Tyler Shifflett leads like an executive but builds like an engineer, bringing over a decade of progressive experience to business intelligence and analytics. He is the founder and Principal Data Engineer of DataUp Consulting, a Minneapolis-based Domo and Snowflake Preferred Partner, where he architects data solutions end to end, from Snowflake warehouses and Magic ETL pipelines to the Beast Mode logic, dashboards, and data models that turn fragmented sources into decisions business leaders can act on.
Before founding DataUP, Tyler held senior data engineering and architecture roles at UnitedHealth Group, Target, Teradata, and Digi-Key, leading enterprise Snowflake migrations and BI platforms across healthcare, retail, and public-sector clients.

Andrea Henderson
Sr. Product Manager
Andrea Henderson is a senior product manager at Domo, managing Domo's Data Transformation products, including Magic ETL. She started her Domo journey nine years ago, helping customers innovate by designing scalable, high-performance data pipelines and pushing the limits of the technology. In her role as product manager, Andrea has used her passion for elegant, robust, and scalable data architecture to lead the direction for Domo’s transformation tools, including Magic ETL. As an avid Magic ETL user (and raving fan) herself, her experience with the feature and deep empathy with the Domo user community make her excited to wake up and “make Magic” every single day. Andrea also serves as a member of Domo’s Strategic Architecture Group and is the founder and leader of Domo’s yearly Kids Summer Code Camp. When not working, she most likely has her nose stuck in a book.

Vishakha Shenoy

Vishakha Shenoy serves as the Director of Data Science at Domo. As a leader, Vishakha works at the intersection of analytics, product, engineering, and marketing in the SaaS world. She leads a high-performing team of data scientists, and together they turn messy data into smart, scalable solutions that move the needle.
As a Sr Data Scientist, Vishakha has a strong background in machine learning, and all things data, but what she really enjoys is connecting the dots between data insights and product decisions. Beth Saenz
VP, Product Operations and Program Management
Beth Saenz is a seasoned technology leader with a track record of driving innovation in product development and operational excellence. As VP of Product Operations and Program Management at Domo, she leads teams responsible for engineering program management, release operations, customer engagement programs, and product marketing support.
Beth has held leadership roles at Ancestry.com, Harman (a Samsung company), and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she pioneered digital strategies and embedded Agile practices in hardware-centric environments. She is a passionate advocate for women in tech and actively engages through organizations like Women Tech Council, SheTech, and UVU’s Women’s Impact Lab.

Tasleema Lallmamode
Sr. Product Manager
Tasleema (Leema) Lallmamode is the Product Manager over Domo's Cloud Connectors. In this role, she enables customers to integrate their data with Domo using reliable, configurable and robust connectors built on industry standards. The favorite part of her job is being able to talk to customers about their experiences with Domo and technology in general. Prior to working at Domo, she spent almost two decades in IT implementing innovative systems that spanned the productivity, identity management, CRM, and administrative systems spaces. She is a firm believer in the power of data, and organizational transformation via technology.
Ed Pettersson
Senior Technical Trainer
Ed Pettersson is a Senior Technical Trainer at Domo with a background spanning military instruction, intelligence technology, and global technical training. Before joining Domo, Ed served in the U.S. Army as an instructor and deployed in support of operational missions. He later supported the U.S. Marine Corps and other U.S. and allied forces, training diverse audiences on advanced intelligence platforms and technologies, including Palantir.
Today, Ed designs and delivers technical training programs for a wide range of users, organizations, and skill levels. He specializes in turning complex technology into practical, accessible learning experiences that help people build confidence and apply new capabilities effectively.
Having trained audiences around the world and operated in challenging, high-pressure environments, Ed brings an adaptable, mission-focused approach to every classroom. His engaging instructional style encourages curiosity, questions, and meaningful participation—creating an environment where learners feel empowered to explore, understand, and apply what they learn.
