Group Account Ownership
September 2024
Account administration is now built to scale with our new group ownership feature in Beta. Previously, account ownership was tied to single individuals, which made change management and administration by groups challenging. Now, accounts can be owned by Domo Groups, allowing for groups of people to jointly and efficiently administer accounts. With this feature, we have also added more granular sharing logic including:
- Share with permissions as "owner"
- Share with permissions to "edit"
- Share with permissions to "share"
- Share with permissions to "read-only"
You can now evenly distribute the administrative workload among more individuals and ensure a smoother handoff of accounts. Configure these settings in the Data Center under Accounts.
