We’ve been thrilled to see how Domo AI has helped you streamline workflows, uncover actionable insights, and automate key business processes.  

The AI work you do in Domo is powered by a variety of AI models, and you have flexible options for using them. You can bring your own hosted models, leverage powerful Domo-hosted models, or mix and match based on what delivers the most value for your business.

To ensure you can fully leverage these advanced capabilities while maintaining complete control over cost and usage, we’re launching AI Pro, AI Pricing, and a transparent AI Consumption Rate Card.

Introducing Domo AI Pro

Starting October 1, 2025, we will be splitting our AI features into two tiers: Domo AI and Domo AI Pro.  

Domo AI

Frequently used features (listed below) will remain free as part of your Domo contract.

• Beast Mode Assistant
• SQL Assistant
• Magic ETL Formula Assistant

Domo AI Pro

AI Pro includes value-additive, customizable AI features that will be priced based on consumption:

• AI Agent tasks within Workflows
• Magic ETL text generation tiles
• AI Services direct API calls
• AI-powered analysis in Jupyter
• AI Playground for experimenting and prototyping
• AI Services (text summarization, text-to-SQL, text generation, image-to-text)

AI Chat will continue at its current rate until it becomes part of AI pro at a later date.

AI Consumption Rate Card

AI Pro uses the industry standard for AI model pricing: token-based pricing.  

We are launching the AI Consumption Rate Card to give you a detailed, at-a-glance view of how different AI models and features impact your credit usage. It lists SKU for feature usage and corresponding credit rate, helping you to clearly understand cost.

Admins can access the Rate Card by navigating to Admin Settings > Company Settings > Credit Utilization > Rate Card (requires the “View Credit Reports” grant). If you prefer, you can also view rates in dollars on our website.

With this clarity, you’re equipped to plan your AI usage, explore new functionality, and get the best return on your investment.

What’s Next? Timeline and Visibility

AI Pro pricing will take effect starting October 1, 2025. Until then, you’ll be able to see how your usage would impact your credit balance, giving you the time and data you need to adjust, experiment, or switch models before any charges apply.
