As a Sr Data Scientist, Vishakha has a strong background in machine learning, and all things data, but what she really enjoys is connecting the dots between data insights and product decisions. She loves all things Domo - whether it's building predictive models, AI agents, creating customer segments, or building recommendation systems that improve operational efficiency. She loves empowering our customers to make smarter choices backed by solid evidence.

As VP of Engineering, Matthew brings a strong commitment for customer success to Domo. For the past 20 years, he’s been leading engineering teams at Utah technology companies including Novell, Venafi and Oakley Networks. Prior to Domo, Matthew ran Agent Engineering for Raytheon IIS. At Domo Matthew has been a key innovator; delivering solutions such as Publish, Sandbox, Governance Toolkit and Domo AI Services. A native of Alaska, Matthew graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage before moving to the Silicon Slopes to join the vibrant tech community and year-round outdoor activities in Utah.

Florencia Silveria, a Data Scientist at Domo AI Labs, demonstrated an AI agent designed to analyze open-ended employee satisfaction survey responses, highlighting its ability to synthesize large volumes of text and detect patterns—while stressing the importance of proper data preparation for agent effectiveness. Vishakha Shenoy, also a Data Scientist at Domo AI Labs, showcased a department-specific conversational agent built for HR, which streamlines common queries like onboarding and benefits, reducing operational costs and improving user experience. She emphasized Domo’s commitment to building customizable, accessible AI agents that empower non-technical users to automate processes and enhance business workflows.
