Domopalooza 2024: App Studio

App Studio is the most powerful way to build immersive data experiences in Domo. Whether you’re creating a dashboard with high-end design or an interactive Domo mobile app, App Studio uplevels what you can build in Domo without needing technical skills. App Studio makes creating, distributing, and consuming Domo apps accessible to everyone.

We are thrilled to announce along with these new features below, App Studio is now GA and available for all customers to get started building incredible apps!

New Forms Edit ModalCreating forms in App Studio apps just got a whole lot easier. Now, you can build forms natively within App Studio. No more navigating across various tools just to drop a form in your app. We've also revamped the form-building interface to make it more intuitive and user-friendly. Adding, removing, or tweaking questions is a breeze. Sick of starting from scratch every time you need to make changes? With the new forms editor, you can delete questions, change question types, and make other tweaks without losing your progress. It's all about convenience, simplicity, and saving you time.

Forms are available for Consumption customers with the App Studio grant.

Domo Everywhere Integrations - Embed

Embed is a core capability of Domo Everywhere, Domo’s embedded analytics solution. Along with cards and dashboards, embed now allows support for App Studio content. With embed you can place an App Studio app inside a website, portal, or even another application. This is a win for our many Domo Everywhere users who want to build immersive, action-oriented, analytics apps with App Studio.
