Tyler Shifflett leads like an executive but builds like an engineer, bringing over a decade of progressive experience to business intelligence and analytics. He is the founder and Principal Data Engineer of DataUp Consulting, a Minneapolis-based Domo and Snowflake Preferred Partner, where he architects data solutions end to end, from Snowflake warehouses and Magic ETL pipelines to the Beast Mode logic, dashboards, and data models that turn fragmented sources into decisions business leaders can act on.
Before founding DataUP, Tyler held senior data engineering and architecture roles at UnitedHealth Group, Target, Teradata, and Digi-Key, leading enterprise Snowflake migrations and BI platforms across healthcare, retail, and public-sector clients.
