Ed Pettersson is a Senior Technical Trainer at Domo with a background spanning military instruction, intelligence technology, and global technical training. Before joining Domo, Ed served in the U.S. Army as an instructor and deployed in support of operational missions. He later supported the U.S. Marine Corps and other U.S. and allied forces, training diverse audiences on advanced intelligence platforms and technologies, including Palantir.

Today, Ed designs and delivers technical training programs for a wide range of users, organizations, and skill levels. He specializes in turning complex technology into practical, accessible learning experiences that help people build confidence and apply new capabilities effectively.

Having trained audiences around the world and operated in challenging, high-pressure environments, Ed brings an adaptable, mission-focused approach to every classroom. His engaging instructional style encourages curiosity, questions, and meaningful participation—creating an environment where learners feel empowered to explore, understand, and apply what they learn.

Anna Favis is a Senior Analytics Engineer at Sony Interactive Entertainment, where she focuses on Domo platform administration and automation. Over her six years at SIE, she has helped grow Domo from its initial implementation into a platform supporting more than 90 internal Domo development instances and approximately 3,000 monthly active users, as well as reporting delivered to thousands of external partners. Her work focuses on building the automation, governance, and processes needed to operate Domo at scale while enabling teams to build and manage their own analytics solutions. With experience spanning both the business and technical sides of analytics, Anna brings a practical perspective on building BI solutions that work for both the people developing them and the people using them.
