Boyne Resorts wanted to predict the number of daily visitors they could expect at each of their 10 ski resorts. Anticipating the number of skiers shredding the slopes would enable Boyne to strategically allocate staff resources at their resorts, ensuring an optimal and seamless experience for visitors.
