Sephora, a leader in prestige omni-retail, is on a mission to create a welcoming beauty shopping experience for all. In September 2022, Sephora opened a new experiential store location in Raffles City, Singapore—the first of its kind—that offers customers the chance to interact with Sephora’s brands in many ways. Sephora uses Domo to capture customer transaction and engagement metrics and curate its service offerings.
