Learn how FordDirect’s Domo Center of Excellence is blending omni-channel vehicle sales and service customer response data for each dealer into a comprehensive set of card collections that cover everything from a dealer’s online reputation score to how quickly they close a sales leads. They then pushed Domo’s capability to assemble Domo cards, manual screen images, and text content to reduce the printed production time using an automated print function to MS PowerPoint. The result has been an annual savings of approximately 5,300 internal hours, allowing DPMs time for deeper analysis, education, and interaction with their dealers.
