Modernizing performance reporting at scale
Before Domo, All Response Media’s reporting process was time-consuming and manually intensive. Data was spread across dozens of media platforms, which often had to be manually collected and verified before it could be analyzed. Meanwhile, campaign teams relied heavily on spreadsheets to compile and distribute performance updates, which made reporting slow, repetitive, and error-prone.
“We had so many worksheets, and our clients were getting distracted with how many reports we sent them,” said Laura Ziupsnyte, BI developer at All Response Media.
To improve speed and scalability, All Response Media added Snowflake as its central warehouse for campaign performance data, along with Domo for real-time data access and visualizations to explore and share insights. Together, the two platforms give All Response Media a single source of truth at speed and scale.
With Magic ETL and Cloud Amplifier, Domo’s native Snowflake integration, All Response Media was able to easily connect more than 170 data sets together for a unified view of all its marketing performance data.
“It used to take days to go to each platform, pull all the data, combine and analyze it in a spreadsheet, and then get a report to a client. With Domo, we have preset dashboards that are automatically updated. All we need to do in the morning now is look at the data, add our insight, and send it to the client. What used to take 2.5 days now takes one hour,” Ziupsnyte said.

Domo’s consumption-based pricing model allows All Response Media to maximize their use of Domo’s full platform without restrictions. “The consumption model really opens up opportunities for us to scale our usage and provide Domo to all our users instead of worrying about license costs,” Degun said.
