Based on sales velocity, shelf life, demand forecast, and markdown eligibility, it recommends one of three actions: Dispose, Mark Down, or Transfer. Each decision includes a rationale, financial impact simulation, operational impact score, and confidence score. The results are then appended or updated into the main disposal dataset.
